The input and output shafts of these gearboxes are arranged at a 90° angle to each other, with motion transmitted via bevel gears. With the applied modifications, they operate with minimal noise.
The 8-15-20-25-24-28-38-48 RAN gearboxes feature a cast iron housing, which provides high structural strength from an engineering perspective.
The oil filler caps of the 24-28-38-48 RAN gearboxes are designed for versatile installation under various conditions. In the three larger sizes (28-38-48 RAN), they can be connected to the electric motor using a bell-shaped flange and a gear coupling.
